Next we prepare our rough sketch of the improvements and initiate the development of the 'Site Improvement Plan’. Your plan may incorporate any of the additional improvements from the following list. We then collaborate with award winning landscape designers, master builders and craftsman to bring together all the amenities and features you envision in your dream oasis. Once the preliminary design is approved we complete a set of "Construction Documents" which can then be used to build your dream project.
